On the left, we have a mugshot of Megan. (Yes, she was arrested once!)
Although the picture is not clear, Megan’s nose was visibly bulky. She had a thick nose bridge and a bulbous tip.
However, these features seem to have changed later.
I know contouring might have done the trick but I wouldn’t discount a nose job completely.
Did Megan Thee Stallion get lip injections?
I don’t think so.
Being an African-American, Megan is born with natural full lips.
She doesn’t need lip fillers and there is no proof either.
Did Megan Thee Stallion have a boob job?
This is one of the few pictures of Megan prior to her fame.
As you can see, she was already quite busty back then.
I don’t know what age she was so it’s difficult to say if she had breast implants, but they don’t look fake to me.
Unless new evidence arises, I will assume that her boobs are real.

Megan has an amazing curve for a thick body.

Conclusion
There are missing pieces.
I just couldn’t find pictures of Megan between 18-20 years old. She has never shared these throwbacks online, as if there is something to hide.
For this reason, I believe Megan might have gotten cosmetic surgery during this period.
It’s like she wants to keep it from the public. I don’t know.
